Not WHY. Why not

A better WHY!

Everyone is so focused on their WHY.

WHY are you in business?

WHY does your company matter?

WHY are you posting every day?

For the better part of a decade, brands and businesses have been focused on their “WHY” which is really a modern-version of “Mission Statement.”

Let me do you a huge solid and tell you some standard WHY statements. Pick one or two, change it up a bit, save yourself weeks-worth of valuable time and thousands of dollars.

WHY

  1. To inspire people to do the things that will make their lives easier/better/enjoyable.
  2. To make a positive impact on the world.
  3. To be respected and appreciated.
  4. To engage with a community where everyone benefits.
  5. To help people thrive by solving a problem.
  6. To make more money and sell more product.

And let’s be honest, if number 6 is not a goal of yours, please contact me ASAP and let me tell you about an investment opportunity where you can put your billions of dollars that are lying all around you.

So if NOT your WHY, then what?

Not what... WHO. Or maybe WHAT your WHY is for.

Figure out your WHO. If there is no WHO then there is no reason for your WHY or WHAT. The WHO matters. WHO is coming back. WHO is sharing it with their friends. WHO is buying.

WHY is cool. WHO is gold.
